Climate crisis is by far the single largest dilemma facing mankind today.

According to renowned scientist world over, the planet had at some point stretching over thousands to millions of years under gone similar temperature changes, resulting into ice ages and rise / fall of the ocean levels in the past.
Therefore, global warming is not new to the planet.

What is however new; is our contribution of all sorts of ozone layer depleting agents which is speeding up the process faster than we can redress it. We are talking of speeding up in periods as short as hundreds and may be decades of years and the major contributor is our inefficient use of fossil fuel, especially during and after the industrial revolution of the developed nations.

We are now at the point of fixing these mega problems worldwide but most developing nations such as ours like to think we should not be bothered with solving the crisis since we weren’t accomplices to the problem in the first place.

Well, we may very well be right. But the issue of global warming has gone far beyond finger pointing and apportioning of blames, rather the issue requires us all to see it for what it really is: A global disaster waiting to happen!

This can be likened to the proverbial falling heaven. I assure you all that it definitely won’t fall on the culprit’s heads alone.
